Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. If you call, email, direct message or text us within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your appointment service. If it is less than four hours before your appointment or you no call - no show by the time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service.
